An AI chatbot who fights scammers
I was the lead producer on Re:scam, an AI chatbot that fights scammers. It was the first time AI was used to fight scammers at scale. Re:scam sent over 1 million emails to scammers and wasted over 5 years of scammer's time. One of my personal highlights was logging into the backend and reading the conversations, some of which lasted for over 80 exchanges, and seeing the scammers get incredibly frustrated.
The website won an FWA, the idea 2 Golds at Best Design and awards at every major awards show including Cannes Lions, One Show and D&AD.
